On Christmas Eve tjmaxx and Homegoods closed 45 minutes early. As customers walked to the door, there was some inside notifying us the “Store was over capacity and we had to clothes”. But, looking inside there were only employees inside. When I went to talk to the manager on duty, Sebastian, he said that “Yes, my store manager and district manager both know we were closing early to prevent shoppers who wait to the last minute not to be able to shop. I have to look out for my employees who want to go home to be with their families, too. No apology! Even when I made him aware he didn’t apologize he said “You’er right I didn’t, but again I have to look out for my employees. I absolutely love love love HomeGoods....i usually come here to restock up on my Torani syrups for my coffee station but recently they have not been having many options for Torani syrup and I have not been able to find the 750ml glass bottles....which i prefer over plastic. This has been my go to store for years 😔 i hope they bring them back....they do have other syrups available but i don't trust them i stick to what I know and love. Also, this store has a great selection of gourmet food, pastas, olives, teas .....i don't really see as many options for hot herbal teas anymore like they used to offer thats unfortunate too ..but ....still has many great finds and beautiful glassware and dishes.
