Urgent: Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct and Unsafe Practices**
I am compelled to report a series of troubling incidents that occurred at your establishment on Tuesday, 7/29/2025, between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Firstly, the behavior of the management and staff was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. The manager exhibited inappropriate conduct by using profanity, cursing, and engaging in horseplay with employees, which created a hostile and disrespectful environment. Furthermore, both the manager and subordinates were openly mocking and laughing at customers, which is entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your business’s customer service standards.
Additionally, I experienced significant delays in service; I stood for 15 minutes before being acknowledged and another 15 minutes before receiving my order, despite following up personally. This indicates a clear lack of organization and respect for customers’ time. Several customers began leaving due to the disruptive and unprofessional behavior observed.
The cleanliness and hygiene standards were also severely lacking. The floors were filthy, and staff handling food did not wash their hands or wear gloves, even when handling ready-to-eat items. I observed a Black male employee on his personal mobile phone while cooking chicken and a Black female employee texting on her phone during work hours. Such practices are not only unprofessional but also pose significant food safety risks.
When I requested to check my food before leaving to ensure its accuracy, the manager became visibly upset, which further demonstrates a lack of customer service professionalism and respect.
The personnel descriptions are as follows: the manager was wearing glasses, a dark shirt, and was obese with short hair; another employee in an orange Popeye shirt was also obese with brightly colored hair. Their conduct and appearance, combined with their unprofessional behavior, are unacceptable.
Given the severity of these issues—ranging from unprofessional conduct, hygiene violations, safety concerns, and poor customer service—I strongly recommend immediate action. The staff involved, including the manager, should be held accountable and appropriate disciplinary measures, up to termination, should be considered to prevent further incidents and protect customer safety and business reputation.

Read more0/0. DO NOT COME HERE. DOORDASHERS/EVERYONE BEWARE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A -0 here. I literally had to take a video to send to corporate. That’s how bad it is. I came for two dashes. They also like to lie and say they were picked up. That’s not how it works honey, that order is only on my phone and it’ll notify me if someone else did grab it. You guys just didn’t want to make it. When I asked for it to be remade you didn’t want to either. Or when DoorDash called to have you re make it. Store is closed when it shouldn’t be. I was told the one order was “gone” he was literally telling me in the app I’m tipping you extra. Then I was told to stay at the speaker to hold on after the first order just disappeared. I waited over ten minutes. The line behind us got ridiculous. So I goto the second window. They are literally just staring at us. Five plus people. Five minutes. I had to get out of the car and asked kindly to knock on the window to say can I ask you one question, I’m not being rude, I just wasted a half hour on a high paying order. To be told they both got taken. Why couldn’t you have told me that when you said the first order was “taken”. Logic is nonexistent here. Btw that was the manager too. Ridiculous waste of time. Reported to DoorDash and corporate. There is absolutely no customer service, the store is closed when it’s not supposed to be. I’ve been here calling DoorDash for another 15 minutes and not ONE car has pulled off. Hopefully corporate actually does something....
Read moreI have never seen a more rude staff in my life. I went one day with my mom after a soccer game and we were both really tired. At first everything was going well, the line was long, as usual, but when we got to the window, the lady didn’t give us all our food. When we told her she didn’t say a word and rolled her eyes at us. We handed her out receipt with everything on it and she threw it back to us. When she brought us out cokes, she brought us a broken cup holder and the cokes poured all over the car. When my mom politely asked for some more napkins they ignored us until we asked for a third time. At this point we still didn’t get all our food. When another lady came back with some napkins, my mom was frustrated because we are sitting in a car drenched in coke so she kinda snatched the napkins but she still said thank you. The lady rudely yelled at her and said “DON’T SNATCH.” My mom said sorry and they lady was like you need to learn your manners. The worker was barely 22 years old. We were being nice in every way possible while they were the ones being really mean. After that they got us all our food and by this point my mom was holding back tears. I’ve never seen people that would go this low. I felt so bad for my mom and I wish I was rude back and said what I had on my mind. Because they didn’t not deserve our kindness.
