I must change my review. I originally brought in a keepsake watch( was my FIL's). I was told it needed a new movement, to which I agreed. After getting it back a month later, it stopped working again, and had a hair under the crystal, and the new movement didn't include a second hand. Took it back, and they sent it back to their watchmaker. 2 month+ , after 2 calls, I got it back. Still no second hand, charged another $75.00, and now it sweats under the crystal. Oh how I wish we would have known about this place and come here for our diamond purchase first! Will definitely be shopping here...

When I ask again if it can be fixed, they basically dropped it face down on the counter with a total disregard for scratching it. There is zero respect here or professionalism. If you are looking for a repair Don’t waste your time, go to a place that will...
