I’ve never had real Jamaican food before but I do love me some beef patties. So I went in with the intention of getting a couple patties and nothing else. The co-owner offered me a free sample of some chicken since I said I’d never had Jamaican before, and I walked out with 4 patties, 3 drinks, and 2 entrees.
The food was some of the best food I’ve ever had in my life. When I got home, I finally got to try the red beans and rice and cabbage and both of those were the best I’ve ever had.

The oxtails were so thinly sliced like a pork chop and they want $22 which is nuts, my brown stew chicken was tan, no gravy and dry chicken thighs. The cabbage has no flavor and the rice and peas taste like it's that boil in a bag uncle Ben's stuff. Absolutely terrible. I'll continue to go to my girl Melissa down in canton.
