Store under new management. Went thinking the old wonderful owner was there. When my new phone malfunctioned, they accused me of breaking it. They charged for things they didn't have. They just made up prices. There were no pricing guidelines. The supervisor is rude, claims I broke it, will not refund or even offer a replacement. I said I'd sue. He said, "Go ahead and sue." WRETCHED PLACE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. Do NOT go there. If I could give no stars, I would. The phone should have sold for $59.99. Didn't even offer it. Bought a cellphone case, and I had to order it. Never got it. I feel like a fool for going there and trusting the management out of loyalty to the old manager. Went there in good faith.
EDIT: I paid $171 for a phone, $30 for a case. Never got the case. In anger, I foolishly left the phone there. (When i get upset, the nerves in my feet trigger. Awful. This happened at that store. All i could think of was getting out of there.) On my new $59 phone, I got a notification that my original phone had been factory reset.

I called back and spent another 35mins on the phone only for them to tell me i had to go back to the store and show proof of I.D.!!
