A to Z Computers — Local services in South Euclid

Finally, someone who really understands computers & doesn't charge an arm or leg to do it. My laptop crashed while in the midst of some critical work. Three other techs tried to fix it. One did...he fixed it so not only did the the program freeze the whole Windows program was corrupted & the laptop couldn't be booted up. More techs -(including a local Geek Squad) - tried to get it going but failed. .The Squad guy said to scrap it & check out the latest models on Aisle 5)

I was frantic, Then my son, Greg suggested this tiny shop by the corner of Green & Mayfield. At that point I would've tried anything, even the high school down the road. I walked in to A t Z & every inch of counter space had some form of electronics in various stages of repair. I gave my precious laptop to Basham (owner) & was floored when in under two minutes my computer was not only booting, but many files could be accessed

Basham determined the system had to be reformatted, but he'd save what he could. The next day he handed me back my laptop in pristine condition, along with a set of disks containing about 75% of my documents & files he'd managed to save, including many videos & files that were irreplaceable. He'd also upgraded me to the latest version of Windows Professional vs. my ancient home one.

He charged me $65. I've taken several devices to him since & each time've been delighted by prompt service & great prices.

Need your computer fixed? Forget those useless stores that do nothing more than install programs on systems but can't troubleshoot a hangnail. ...

Took my laptop here for repair. He kept it for weeks without reply. Once picked up, nothing worked (touch screen, keyboard or mouse). When I called to inquire, he screamed at me and refused to acknowledge his mistake. I just took the laptop to another repair shop where they explained that the work done by A to Z was as follows: replacement screen was crooked and attached backwards none of the cords were connected for functioning of touch screen, keyboard and laptop. They laughed at the stripped screws and super glue used to reconstruct my laptop by A to Z. Please...

I had a computer that crashed and couldn't get it up and running. He figured out it was dead, replaced the hard drive and re-installed Windows 10. Great work. 24-hour turnaround. Price was terrific. So good, that I'm going back today with another issue with an external hard drive not restoring data. I have confidence he'll get that data in no time. This is now my go-to computer...
