Really impressed with the customer service provided by the owner of this business. I had a knife I needed engraved as a gift on a very last minute basis. I text the number on the front door and received an immediate text and then call in return. He was closed for business for the rest of the day (it takes Google about 24 hrs to update business hours online, so they weren’t accurate at the time), but was willing to meet me first thing the following morning. I didn’t think that was going to work, however I was able to move some things around and again, last minute on my part, text the business number at 9am and asked if I could drop by for a possible engraving. The kicker? I needed it complete within an hour! The owner was more than happy to make it happen and was incredibly friendly. He got it done within a half hour and I was quickly on my way to the event where I could present the knife to a friend graduating Police Academy!

Needless to say, I’m quite impressed with not only the work done, as the engraving looked great! But the customer service? Top notch! Very much recommend this business for any engraving and trophy needs. And, they also do video editing! We will absolutely be utilizing their services...

They did a great job engraving on my Brother-In-Law's Ka-Bar. The quality of the engraving was top notch and the finished result looks fantastic. They also have an assortment of gifts and small items available. Price was also more than reasonable for the quality of work. I was warned before starting the engraving that they are not responsible if a power failure of problems occur during work and asked if I wanted to continue.
