Cool Bean Espresso — Restaurant in Washington

First off, it’s sad that the only non 5 stars are people mocking them for “nO mAsKs”. Stay home and hide if you have a problem. Door dash is available. Alright, find a coffee stand that takes your order outside in the rain, snow, or shine when there is a long line of cars to speed up the orders. I’ll wait. These girls are awesome! We just moved to the area and have 4 local coffee stands within a mile from us but we will drive the extra 15 minutes to this place instead because of the top notch service they provide for their customers. Drinks are delicious and breakfast is bomb!! Robin and Steph goes above and beyond every time. I’m sorry I haven’t gotten the names of the others but they are just as amazing. Also did I not mention that the owners take their time out of day to help these girls out too! Very friendly people. Go check them...

I always get the copper roof with half sweetness, and an added shot to get more of a coffee flavor. For $5.50 it can’t be beat. Any other plave would easily charge $8-10 for the same thing with half the service/friendliness.

Lots of my friends come here as well when we are taking a break from the ministry. It always feels like the friendly, neighborhood cafe. Usually the owners are hustling at the counter and in the back on the weekends with SO much energy and a smile.

What I love is the results are consistent whether I walk in or do drive thru. Once whne I was a walk in on a very busy Saturday morning, I was asked repeatedly if my drink was ok and they even insisted to remake it.

Don’t pass this place by because they do have a drive thru if you can’t...

We’ve have been going here for awhile now, but after yesterdays experience, we won’t be back. If I could give zero stars, I would. Drove up to the drive thru at 5:15p just needing that caffeine boost and the girl inside, obviously saw us waiting but ignored us and continued to sweep. After 5 mins she finally came to the window but did not open it to take our order, nope she got on her phone and started texting. We were literally inches away and she did not once acknowledge us. Now we did look up online before heading over to check the hours and it stated Saturday close @ 6pm. If they were closed already, she could have at least let us know instead of blatantly ignoring...
