My son went in for a haircut today, and I could tell from my view in the parking lot that things didn’t look right. When he walked out I was prepared to laugh at him for a super short cut when he just wanted a scissor trim with a taper fade, but when I saw his head I couldn’t even laugh. It would’ve been cruel to add insult to the injury that was his haircut. I could only stare in shock at the absolute hack job he’d been left with. He got in the car and as I stared at him with my mouth hanging open he said “Go, just go”. He couldn’t get out of there fast enough. He told me that his barber said SEVERAL times, “My bad, Bro, my bad”, and ended his cut by saying “You’re tall, so it’s ok”, as though his height would prevent the humiliation of walking into school tomorrow looking like he lost a bet. They not only allowed him to walk out of their establishment looking like his hair had been cut by a five year old with safety scissors, but they had the audacity to make him pay for this punishment of a haircut. Here’s what should’ve happened: They knew this did not go well. The evidence was right there on top of his head. They should’ve said, “Bro, we did you dirty and we’re not gonna let you leave here looking like this because it’s our reputation on the line. So we’re gonna get someone over here to fix it for you and if you’re not happy, you’re not paying because we know this isn’t anything like what you asked for and we only want satisfied customers.” As it stands now, I took him to Tezé Salon half a mile down the road, where Eli said it was the worse haircut he’s ever seen, but managed to make it presentable so my kid can actually go to school tomorrow without ridicule that would scar him for life. Photos are of the haircut he got, (be sure to zoom in on those to grasp the full horror), the hair my kid walked in with, and the picture he showed of...

Read moreAsked for a simple military style haircut. Told him skin on sides into a low fade, 4 on top and trim on the bangs so it is longer. Guy missed the fade in the back and it was lopsided, leftside of my head was a 4 on top, but the right side was extremely long (8 blade or longer). The bangs were barely even cut down at all and he proceeded to line me up when I never asked, making the weirdest line ever.
Final issue was it cost me $40 to get a horrible haircut and they added 3 extra dollars for using card. Also the place has a speaker in front of the store so freaking loud, I cant even hear the guy greet me when I came in. I just nodded because I legit could not hear him over the music. Had to go home and finish cutting my hair because I absolutely had no faith the guy could fix what was already done.
Now that I'm on a rant, another guy got done cutting a different customers hair, but refused to help a walk in customer because he was waiting for his appt. customer. So he proceeded to sit there for 15 mins on his phone doing nothing. 8 people were on shift, 5 working, 2 walking around back and forth just saying hit and giving knuckles to each other and the last guy doing who knows what.
At this rate if I want a scrappy military haircut I will just go on base and spend the less than $20, at least I know im getting a shitty cut for...
