Can’t wait to watch the show. It’s right by the police station. Freaking genius! Update= watching the owner add details like bushes and a huge parking lot. A job within walking distance. Super excited about this place opening up. It has just enough classic features like the dance floor and food prep area, make it a good place for a party and just enough trashy with the “car in the yard” type theme to fit right in perfectly. Could mean a few jobs in this small low income community of mostly small trailers. In fact owner took out several to build. No idea the owner I would guess he lives onsite, but I should find out....

I have nothing but praise for this trailer park and the owner and staff that maintain it. I recently vacated my lot there while wishing I could keep my trailer there indefinitely. The lot pricing is second to none. I know, I've checked them all! And I never had any problem with anything that was not easily handled by the staff. Thank you T.P.T. and South Houston...
