I purchased a mattress from salesman Chris. I am now experiencing horrible back pain because of the mattress and I am unable to sleep at night. I am currently sleeping on my couch because the mattress causes me so much pain to my back it also tightens my back up when I sleep on it. I called district manger Daryl to explain this issue I told him I do not need a refund. I would like to exchange this bed for another one because it hurts my back and I am not getting any sleep at night. He told me there is not much he can do for me because it’s a clearance item. I tell him when I purchased this bed the salesman Chris never explained the return or exchange policy for clearance items to me. He said the exchange policy is on the invoice which I didn’t receive until a few days later when picked the bed up not at the time of purchase . I then explained to him I would not purchased this bed if I knew the policy which I was never told by salesman Chris at the time of purchase. I would have purchased a regular sales item so I could have exchanged it if it wasn’t the right bed for me. I then went into the store and spoke with a very helpful woman by name of Emily Henderson she had great customer service skills and she was actually trying to help me sort out my issue. I told her my issue she then sent a email to Chris and district manger Daryl and she also put me on the email chain I never received an email or a call back from manger Daryl or Chris. I Then call Cardi’s customer service number twice and ask to speak with a manger. To explain the issue they say all they can do for me is send the district manger and salesman Chris a email .explaining I am unhappy and the issues I am having with the bed. At the end of day all I am trying to do is exchange the bed so I can get a good nights sleep.
