Well, folks I have to change this review I'm happy to say. Upon getting my review the manager called me today and listened to my whole saga. Upon chatting he said he would replace the screen for free, I appreciated the offer but felt it more fair to pay 75 of the 150 replacement screen. Fair is fair... I thank you for the offer and the phone call, great customer service in the end and thats what matters. Its not the problem most of the time, its how you handle it. THANK YOU!!! I apologize for the long post in advance, but I just want to tell the story in whole. We got a new puppy..yay!!! New puppy chomps my Ipad Pro...boo.. I ask my friend David Moon, who owns several Verizon stores where I should go. He suggested this place in the Wakefield Mall.... so we pack up the pup and the ipad and head to SK for breakfast at The Pub next to Ocean Mist as they are pup friendly.. around noon we swing by and drop off Ipad... 209 bucks to replace screen..seems fair to me so we leave it and go on our merry way. A few days later they call and say it's all set...I truck back down there to collect it and pay (cc charge in photo below) I turn in on and everything seems normal...YAY!!! I take it home and 2 days later (with no puppy attacks) im using it and notice a very faint line down the screen.. no big deal... a few days later another line appears... I look for receipt as I know there was a warranty but cant find it. I call and leave a message, no return call.. I wait a day and call again, they say drop it off and they will see what's up. Drop it back off and the next day they call and say it needs a new screen, the manufacturer doesn't/won't honor the warranty but they could put a new screen on "at a loss" for 200. Im a bit perplexed and tell him not to do that. My girlfriend goes to pick it up and asks why they won't honor the warranty... "do you have the receipt" ...no we cant find it... "well we cant help you then" but we can replace the screen at cost for 149" ...wait the other guy said it would cost 200 and that's at a loss.. now it's 149 at cost? Hmm? They look on their system for a charge.. cant find it..I get it people run scams all the time.. says no transaction took place for that amount in the last 30 days (again pic below) moral of the story...keep ur receipt. Also as a bit of advice dont lie to ur customers... and honor ur warranty. Have a great day...

Long story: I came in on a Sunday to get my screen and audio port replaced, they said they needed some parts so I should come in on Tuesday. Before I came in I called and asked if the parts were there and if they could fix my phone today, they said yes. When I arrived the single store employee which was the same one on the phone insisted he couldn't do the audio because he didnt know how to do it even though he said on the phone he could. So i leave my phone, come back in 30 minutes, and he had cracked the replacement screen he was putting on the phone which was the only one they had in store of the right color. He said he could put it on and give me a discount cause it was a small crack, I said sure. As he is putting it on, he breaks the sim card somehow and can't get it to work again. Then while he is messing around with that he cracks the untouched back of my phone. To add insult to injury he made me pay full price for me to walk away with the phone which I needed the next day, even though I have no actual service just the saved info. I was very concerned when my iphone charging port suddenly stopped working while I was visiting family here! The prospect of dealing with apple to get it fixed or replaced in time for my flight home was scary. We called this business - they said to bring it in and they’d check. Sure enough they were able to fix it - told us when to come back ( in just a few hours!). Maz was the technician who helped us - he helped us pick out a new case which was needed - explained everything thoroughly and patiently. They sell new phones as well and he was able to explain advantages and disadvantages of each phone. This will be my choice for repairs and new phones...
