updated from first anger rant* Would give 0 stars if that was an option. I dont understand if its the staff or the managment but this place screws up so many orders and gives away more product than they actually sell. Personally I would say fire the whole staff including managers and put people in the store who actually know how to do their job. I know its just taco bell but I worked in fast food, I know how it is & the amount of mess ups and having to go back into this specific taco bell to get my order right is absolutely ridiculous. My boyfriend drove 40 minutes out of his way to get me food cause I was at work. 2 DORITO GORDITA CRUNCHES was what he had ordered and they gave him two doritos locos tacos instead. (Big price difference by the way) He did not realize the order was messed up till he drove down to my work to drop off my food.(given he should have checked it but he shouldn't have to open my taco wrap to make sure its correct). I could not drive there to get my order fixed due to the fact i was at work. That's all I was looking forward to. What was most upsetting was i tried to say screw it just eat them, I go to eat the tacos & the shells are falling apart, not well put together. So very Aggravated at this point I tried calling the store seeing if I could exchange the tacos when I get out of work becuase of how bad they messed up(or something cause I know they cant take them back), nobody answered. I'm just baffled at the poor service and managment of this store. This will probably be my last visit to this...
Read moreI wanted to take a moment to write a review to let a company know how one bad employee can ruin a good thing. I come to this Taco Bell every single day. That's not a joke. The drive thru staff is wonderful and always go the extra mile to take care of me. That all changed today when the manager with the dread locks was running drive thru. I am all for people of different languages and ethnicities working but this gentlemen could not be bothered to pronunciate his words. I watched the car in front of me drive up frustrated and then I had to do the same. Without ordering. Then when I came inside with only a half complete messed up order he could not be bothered to see what happened or try to make it right. As a matter of fact, the lovely ladies in the red shirts, the regular employees took care of my issues. The "manager" in the checkered shirt was terrible. He had a bad lazy attitude. As a business owner I can tell you that attitude is everything, it sets a bad example for staff and customers. I will be returning but I refuse to be served by this manager. You know who you are. Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience every time I have gone. Tonight I went and the worker on the drive thru speaker kept telling me they were out of everything I wanted. She was being very short with me and when I asked for extra sauce she told me that I wouldn’t need that much sauce as if she was fat shaming me. I was utterly shocked when I then pulled up to the window and when I saw fries missing from my order she asked me what type of fries…what type of fries do you have?!?? I asked if I could get the fries I ordered and she said that her manager packed the order and kept telling me that I was wrong. I offered to show her the missing fries but she refused and when I asked to pay for extra fries she told me I could not.
Such a disappointing and embarrassing experience for KFC/Taco Bell. My friends and I will not be returning to this location as this is not the first time we have felt unwelcome and have had...
