My experience was unfortunately very different from what others have described. While Chris may not be the person to speak with, my interaction with him was disappointing. I drove over 20 miles to this store, Second Time Around Sports, after a phone call with Chris. I specifically asked if they had used youth-sized gear, and he confirmed that they did, telling me they had both new and used items. However, when I arrived, the only used gear available was adult-sized. When I asked Chris why he had told me they had youth sizes, he looked at me and said with a straight face, "I didn't say that, I told you we had new." Staff is always super helpful. I'm usually in all the time for skate sharpenings and Jim and Chris always do a great job. When I went to get figure skates for my girlfriend, Jim took the extra time to help her find the perfect model and fit even though it was her first pair ever and didn't really know what to look for.
