EXTRAORDINARY! ARTISAN! BEYOND DELICIOUS! Staff at South County Organics told me about this new shop when I told them I was looking for milk chocolate. Exceeded all high expectations! Steve and his daughter Ella are passionate chocolatiers, taking care in each step of the process - bean selection, fabricating the chocolate from bean to bar in their beautiful facility in Wakefield. Such a cool place! I figured it was just another little tourist attraction but it’s so much better than that. Very high quality ingredients, family run, and you can see them making the chocolate in the back! Stopped in for the first time and I was SO impressed with EVERYTHING about this shop! The chocolate and the hot chocolate was absolutely delicious! The whip cream and marshmallow on the top was crazy good. The last time I had hot chocolate like this was in Doolin, Ireland and this compares to that.
