If Willy Wonka had a Lego factory instead of a chocolate one, this would be it. Bungster’s Brix is hands-down the most awesome, the coziest, most unexpectedly delightful Lego shop I’ve ever stepped foot in — and I’ve hunted down brick dens from coast to coast. But nothing compares to this gem in Ogden.
First off, the owners deserve their own minifigures — kind, energetic, and absurdly helpful in the best way. They greeted me like an old friend, walked me through their outstanding selection of new and used sets, and seemed genuinely excited about helping me find exactly what I didn’t even know I needed.
Now let’s talk used inventory: Immaculate doesn’t even begin to describe the used set I bought. I’ve seen brand-new boxes from big-box stores with more wear than this beauty. And as if that wasn’t enough, when they heard I was from out of town, they shipped my purchase to me — for free. Who does that? Legends, that’s who.
The prices? So reasonable and down-to-earth, I almost asked if they were running a kindness experiment. Seriously, if I lived in Ogden, my wallet and I would be in trouble — I’d be at Bungster’s Brix weekly feeding my Lego obsession with zero regrets.

Read moreBungster's Brix is such a fun and cute little place for the kid in us all. You really could spend hours in there just creating and looking at all the things they have displayed or to buy. We had a birthday party there last Friday and it was so great to have it all to ourselves. A lot less loud and busy and not crowded like other places to do birthday parties at. And so much more affordable! Alexis was wonderful and so helpful, accommodating and generous. All the kids that came each told their parents that they had a really fun time. That made me happy to hear. Our other kiddo wants his party there in January! We...
Read moreA charming little oasis for Lego enthusiasts. While their inventory wasn't deep after the recent local convention, I was still able to find a few things I was looking for, and the staff were more than happy to pull out unsorted inventory to look for more. This place puts a personal touch on buying and selling Lego, something Lego themselves often struggle with and Bricks and Minifigures is required to tone down on. If you like charm and would love new friends to buy and sell Lego with, you can't beat Bungster's (who is a cat, by the way).
Don't forget to get your Lego...
