EDIT: Christina contacted me after I left the ⭐️ review below, very concerned about my disappointment. She did offer to send more flowers, but by then it was too late & in fairness to Lou’s, it wasn’t fair to ask for a refund as flowers were sent, just not what I expected. I want to stress that it wasn’t that the flowers weren’t pretty - they were! My disappointment was that there were so few flowers compared with the bouquet represented on the website. Of course I knew it wouldn’t be an exact match as different flowers are available at different times of year, but the quantity could/should have been more plentiful. After talking at length with Christina, she finally admitted that it was after Mother’s Day and they were low on flowers, so she said she made a trip to the supplier for certain flowers for the bouquet. I appreciate the effort, but it remains that the bouquet was light on the blooms - bc it was after Mother’s Day and stock was low. Yes, they were pretty! My friend was very happy with the surprise bouquet for her wedding & is completely unaware of my disappointment. I’ll upgrade my review to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ bc I appreciate her concern.

Disappointed to say the least, but what does a dumb girl from Kansas know, right? The bouquet I ordered was based on the picture represented on the website & it was a far cry from the one my friend received. It had half the flowers represented & most of them fully bloomed denying a long lasting gift. I was shocked to see the picture my friend sent me and I was so embarrassed. They looked like an old $20 grocery store bouquet stuffed in a vase. They gave the impression that I didn’t care enough to spend $80 on the beautiful floral arrangement I had expected to celebrate her wedding. What a massive disappointment. Too late now. Thanks, Lou....

I hired Lou's florist for my wedding! Lou's florist was amazing and their arrangements were gorgeous! They were the only florist to ask for my measurements to ensure my bouquet would be the perfect size for my body and all the arrangements were perfect for what I asked for! They really understood my vision! Their customer service was fantastic! Super easy to communicate with and they were super interested in pictures of everything afterwards which made me feel so much more than just another bride!! The only down side I experienced was during delivery there was a mishap with getting the boutonnière to my husband but I truly feel like that was more to the fault of the venue as they took the order upon delivery! When I spoke to them about the mishap they were very apologetic and even got back to me after speaking with the delivery driver to make sure they knew what happened! Overall, my experience was perfect and they were very affordable! I would recommend them to anyone getting married, they truly will make your dream...

I cannot recommend Lou’s Florist highly enough! They did the bridal and bridesmaids’ flowers for my wedding, and everything was perfect. From the moment we first connected, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely excited to bring our floral vision to life.

The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. Each bouquet looked like it belonged in a magazine, and it impressed me also how long they lasted after the wedding. You could tell they take pride in sourcing the best blooms.
