Pasa Tiempo Waterfront Resort — Hotel in Saint Pete Beach

Hidden Gem!!! As soon as you walk through the court yard gates you enter this beautiful tranquil courtyard. Looks and feels like the owner took this place directly out of Italy. EVERYTHING is well maintained and just stunning from the water fountains, bamboo plants, and even the tile that runs throughout the courtyard is just gorgeous. Most the rooms face the courtyard except 1 water view I believe. The room my dad was in was set up like a 1 bedroom apartment. You walk in to an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. Then there are French doors leading you into your master bedroom and large master bath!!! Needless to say it felt like home and I never wanted to leave. I walked out of his room directly into the courtyard and if you walk roughly about 20 ft further back there is a really nice dock with seating to the left and a pool area to the right overlooking this open view of Boca Ciega Bay. There is literally an amazing view everywhere you look. Also, your in walking distance from St pete beach, bars, live music, restaurants, and shops. My dad drove in from Chicago to visit for a week and he even agreed that there could not have been a better place I could have picked! Megan is the property manager and she will go above and beyond to accommodate any of your needs. She worked with me on getting my dad in a day early and stay a day longer. She allowed me to get there before my dad to stock the kitchen and surprise him with his Father’s Day gifts once he walked in the door! Pasa Tiempo is a mixed bag. We had the Executive Suite on the second floor with a balcony. The view was outstanding. The suite was quite spacious. ||The grounds are very inviting, with numerous fountains and foliage. There is a dock with chairs where you can sit and take in the view of the bay. Since there are only eight rooms and this is adults-only, it was very peaceful and quiet. All of this is enough to make you want to come back.||There are other amenities which add to the enjoyment of the facility. Free coffee, snacks, fruit and ice machine 24/7. Free parking. Help with luggage when on a second floor room (no elevators). For those arriving by boat, the have a dock for you.||It is in a quiet neighborhood only blocks from Gulf Blvd and 75th Avenue, with plenty of restaurants and a Publix. It is also close to St. Petersburg and Madeira Beach.||The room décor was somewhat dated. The place seems to suffer from lack of routine maintenance and planned updating. Keurig needed descaling, one TV would not work, internet was very poor. Our bed was very comfortable, but some of the chairs in the suite could be replaced with something better. I received a 2 night- 3 day stay at Pasa Tiempo as a gift from my employer and what a treat this was! My fiancé and I arrived to the resort at 2pm on our first day, I was completely blown away! The courtyard was absolutely beautiful with the shade from the palms that surround the walkway and the fountains at every corner offering a serene touch to our private stay.

Pasa Tiempo offers a fishing dock for anyone that wants to cast out. My fiancé found this to be the best benefit. We both stayed out late casting for fish (we caught a few different kinds) and woke up early to cast out again. During the day I laid by the pool and enjoyed the peace that the resort offered. There were 2 other couples staying at the resort at the time that we were and throughout our stay we never crossed paths with either couple- this was my favorite benefit. I felt like we were the only ones at the resort which made it even more private for myself.

I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to get away from the corporate owned resorts, that offer unnecessary entertainment, loud music around the pool area and for any adults looking to stay at a resort with no kids!
