When we found out that a Filipino Store (the only one in Maine, as far as I know) just recently opened in South Portland, my wife and I were really thrilled by the news. We used to have to travel to Quincy, MA, if we wanted to visit a Filipino store. Well, now, we don't have to anymore. This store has a good selection of Filipino products from snacks, ice cream, bread such as pan de sal, dried fish, bangus and many other food items. Heck, if you are in the mood for halo-halo, they have that too.
