For my furniture and interior design needs, I go to Cabot House. For over 15 years, I have had the great pleasure to work with Nancy Wheeler at Cabot House.

Working with Nancy results in nothing short of an exceptional experience. She takes the time to fully understand where I am and where I want to go with my ever-changing taste and style for my home. Nancy asks the right questions. She listens to my wants and needs for my home. If I start to sway off the path, she takes the time to understand where I am going and why, to ensure the appropriate choices are being made.

Nancy is without question a professional with exceptional design abilities and organizational skills. While she provides advice and several options for each home area of focus, she always ensures the selections are my choices and not hers. She never oversells. She carefully manages within my budget. Nancy is authentic. Nancy is honest. Nancy is patient. I have never felt rushed with making decisions and have never worried about changing my mind on a decision.

My most recent project was a new build. Nancy assisted with the interior design. I wanted a “me” home with a new style and color scheme. She designed a “me” home exactly as I wanted. I absolutely love every room! The final design is perfect!

I purchased a dining room set and four barstools. I absolutely love them, very nice quality and Karen Whitty was wonderful to deal with. When they were delivered the leg of the table had a chip of wood missing so I contacted Karen and she said she would put a report in with the corporate office. After a month went by and not hearing anything, I contacted Karen again. This time I received a call from the corporate office. They assured me they would get back to me with a resolution, likely finding a furniture repairer in my area to repair the damage. Another month went by and I received a bottle of touch up paint out of the blue from the furniture manufacturer. At this point I contacted Karen again advising touch up paint would still leave the chunk of wood that was missing very visible and I would like it repaired professionally. She advised she would contact the corporate office and get back to me that day with an update. It has now been 5 weeks since then and I have heard nothing from anyone. 3 1/2 months since my furniture arrived damaged and nothing has been done. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service after the sale and am left with a very expensive damaged dining room table. Seriously regretting...

We had a great experience here! We stopped on a whim looking for some comfy chairs for our new house and were greeted by Mariana who took us through the show room. As we walked she got to know us and was VERY open to all our thoughts and feedback on all kinds of different chairs. She did such a great job at listening to our feedback and finding things that might fit our tastes. We ended up working with her to re-design an entire room and the process was so fun! The selection furniture that Cabot has can be overwhelming and she made the process so much easier by bringing us ideas and listening to our thoughts. I also really love that she knew details about each of the brands Cabot carried and that they all are great quality. She even has connections with local artists and made some suggestions for art for our walls. I really look forward to sitting in our new reading room in our comfy chairs for years to come!
