Usually go to them for a Cuban curb chain but this time they were out of stock. I placed an order on Thursday to pick the chain up the following Monday. I went Monday and was surprised to hear they didn’t have it. They told me it’d be there either Wednesday or Thursday. I went back the following Thursday and still no chain. They told me to come back Friday morning to claim the chain or a refund. Went back today to find out they still had no chain. Usually I’m patient because I had previously bought 4 chains but it was getting out of hand so I had to call and beg for a refund. Fortunately they were nice enough to compensate me. SCAM ALERT — BEWARE OF Q JEWELERS

I paid $1,207 in full for custom grillz back in April and was promised a quick turnaround. It’s now August, and I still haven’t received anything — no grillz and no refund.

Q kept giving me the runaround with excuses and missed deadlines. Every time I asked about my order or my money, I got a different story. Months later, I’m out over a thousand dollars with nothing to show for it.

Sold my 14 yr old a “silver” chain which is not silver but silver plated for 160! What a rip off it’s not even worth half that and false advertising on top of that. And big surprise they don’t do refunds. Will be looking into actions to prevent this from happening to others...
