Read moreAbsolutely Amazing Food, Service & Atmosphere.... My Mom and I stopped in for Lunch , they seemed pretty busy for a weekday but there wasn't a wait for service or food.. They start you out with a loaf of warm bread with whipped butter and I have to say I could have just eaten that and been all set...!!! Mom had steak ,baked potato & asparagus.. SHE LOVED IT, I think she said mmmm, yum like between every bite... I had steak, baked mac & cheese and IT WAS SOOO YUMMY... This was my first time here and NOT MY LAST, THAT'S FOR SURE.. I forgot to mention that they also must offer unlimited refills because our waitress was on it... Our food arrived fast , Hot, Perfectly cooked & Correct (A+ to the cooks). Our waitress was totally attentive, helpful, fast & just sooo amazing, especially since we could see how busy everyone was. She always made sure we were #1, that are needs were met & that we were happy with the WHOLE experience ..!! (Thank you Sherry ♡) I know people are thinking, " that's what's supposed to happen & how the waitress is supposed to be" BUT we all know this isn't always the case when dining out... Atmosphere was really chill but inviting, it seemed to be mix of couples, families & perhaps work groups?? -The dining room is very inviting, clean & the tables were very well set-up, the prices seemed very fair & to be honest when ordering you can help but think, "what the quality of the food is going to be like" because I thought the prices were on the low side especially after receiving our food.. Extras: -The restrooms were super clean & offer HOT WATER.. -When we arrived there were workers cleaning up the parking lot, just to make sure everything was clean & covered for great over all experience ... They really do go above & beyond.. Thanks guys you all seem to be a great team, all pulling together to make us customers have a remarkable dining experience. I know my mom & I had a great lunch and enjoyed spending time together at your location & looking forward to visiting again.. Thank ...
Read moreNO DOGS ALLOWED.. whatever happen to this? Dogs in a steakhouse? Really? Service dogs are different from your therapy, emotional support and pet dogs. Health dept anyone? Ok that aside, the wait wasn't long, maybe 15 mins. But when they called us, they let someone else go ahead. We waited only a few more mins. No big deal (tho dogs in the waiting area.. allergies??) The table we were put at was quite dark. But that was ok. Tho they did try to seat a lady in a near by table and she said she specifically asked for a table with a lamp (I guess knowing there was a dark section..she has to fo back to the waiting area for awhile too). Appetizers were good portioned and yummy. We both ordered the longhorn steak which is a porterhouse. I got a t bone. They tried to tell me it was the same thing. No it's not that's why the menu has a t bone entrées and a porterhouse entrée. One has more filet than the other. Similar but not quite the same. They said they would only charge me for the T-bone. 3 bucks. That's fine. I wouldn't have asked but they offered and tried to make it right. But then it wasn't cooked right. I asked for medium well and it was medium rare. I tried, I really did. But not my thing. I wasn't going to complain but the waitress asked. Offered to take it back. No thats OK. We all know better than to send things back to the kitchen. sigh. I didn't eat it. Or take it with me. I will say they really did make attempts to make it right. And the waitress Paula was wonderful. I think I stressed her out a bit. Sorry about that. You asked Paula lol. I wasn't going to say a word lol. Will we come back, well not to this location. We aren't from these parts. Breathe easy LH staff, I won't be back to not complain lol. I will end this novel by saying that the person I was with, got exactly what he ordered and enjoyed it. Tho he didn't...
