not trying to be that person, but the customer service has fallen off.

when I was there I was trying to find a couple of things. I first asked an employee where something was and she didn’t know so I went looking and still couldn’t find it. I found another employee and asked him for help to show me where a section was and instantly he had an attitude and was just very abrasive the entire time. there’s NO reason to act like that at all. it’s embarrassing. nobody was even shopping there besides maybe one other person. even if you have some sort of prejudice, or you don’t want to do your job, you still have to do it.

Horrifying…literally and figuratively! Don’t buy anything here. They tell you you can return/exchange through a certain date..we go in to exchange (before the end date given at point of sale) a pair of tights that were not sized according to the packaging and we’re exchanging for another pair. I spent 78.00 originally and only wanted to exchange the tights for a bigger size and were told by the same person (manager) that we could not. I was absolutely disgusted by this. She ended up doing but kept telling me she wouldn’t. All those years of shopping here…I will...

Location is absolutely awful this year! It's extremely cramped and hard to move, it's only going to get worse the closer to halloween. The old raised platforms cause such a tripping hazard i saw multiple people loose their footing. I don't know who made the choice to switch locations but this is the worst Spirit Halloween I've been to since Biddeford was in Planet Fitness. Don't waste your time and drive down to the Biddeford location at Shops WAY instead, it's much much better if you want to see displays. Their selection is good, I will give them...
