Decided to try this new store that my dad had recommended, since they were new. Especially for the pan dulce, walked in just past noon with my two kids, first thing I noticed was the rude cashier lady, following me with her eyes as I walked in, no smile no hello. We walk over to the bread and while it looked appetizing it was hard. The only reason I bought it was because my child really wanted to try it. I walked over to the cash register to pay for it and the lady was just chatting away with someone else, did not acknowledge me or anything until I said something. I asked her if the bread was made fresh from the morning and at what time they made more, because it was pretty hard, She rudely answered giving me a hard look.while I paid for the bread, she got a big smile and said hello to a guy that came in with two other men( I’m assuming a manager, owner maybe) as the guy was giving a tour of the store to these other two men and letting them know that they had just opened a couple weeks ago. first impressions are important especially to build their clientele but this lady lacked costumer service, unless it’s for her employer I guess. Have never been back, I’ll stick with El...
Read moreI just stopped in to check out the store and support it but will not be back. I was planning on buying 3 tacos each for 6 people but their counter had no menu or list of meat available. While I waited for the man with black glasses to finish chopping up meat, I spoke to someone seated, eating tacos and asked what he was eating. Carnitas it was. So I walked up and down the counter and never was spoken to, waiting to be acknowledged. Then a white guy holding a bunch of stuff came over from the meat department and was IMMEDIATELY asked what he needed. Well, just a half pound of chicharrons. SPOKEN TO AND SERVED INSTANTLY. Oh and feel free to review your camera footage. 11/1/ at approximately 4:15 pm. I'm the woman in the pink hat. Who left without...

Great place to get specialty ingredients if you cook Mexican food at home and the carneceria in the back has a lot of great cuts. While the bakery selection is smaller than similar establishments what they have is excellent. Highly recommend the tres leches cake offerings, we brought a key lime tres leches from here to a party and it was a huge hit. Definitely...
