I used to enjoy coming here until I met Sam.
To satisfy my nicotine addiction I would infrequently visit to buy a vape and eventually got friendly with the staff. We had gotten on the topic of THC seltzers and gummies which one of the helpful front shop associates mentioned Sam had previously been interested in his creating his own store brand. My business manufactures THC edibles for large and small business around the metro and neighboring states so I left some samples and physical cans with my number to see if he was interested.
After calling his business a couple times throughout the week, he would tell me he was very busy and would return my call. I never received that call and figured he was quite busy. I went to receive my physical samples the next week (just a couple cans I use to show off production) when Sam comes out of his office, puts my cans on the counter and aggressively shoves them back towards me.
To be honest, Sam has a thick accent which was amplified while he was yelling so I couldn't understand a lot of what he was saying. Some key points I did get were "I am much busier than you, you do not know how to do business, I am very busy with many businesses and my personal life." I kept trying to disengage and leave the conversation when he would constantly respond "If you say that you do not understand."
I have no idea where this unwarranted aggression came from or what fueled his barrage of insults. For how busy he made himself seem, he definitely made time to berate me. I am embarrassed for his staff who had to witness their boss have a baby rage tantrum, I largely believe Sam did this as there weren't any customers in the store as well.
I would at least give an extra star for the stellar employees whom I have had good conversations with but unfortunately Sam's child-like behavior is inexcusable.

Sams tobacco is a five-star institution that immediately represented the customer their customer and took care of the situation immediately. I have never had a problem with quality of the product ever. Not only is the store five star on customer service it is five star on the products that they sell and if there is ever a problem to immediately take care of it without hassle. I am a very happy customer and I will be back multiple times a week for many years because I TRUST Sam’s tobacco , I trust Sam and all of his employees as they are a cut above the rest and I thank you for the immediate remedy to the situation. Read moreThe owner is thief. He charges one price at the smoke shop and for the same exact thing at his other store I was charged double what I was at the smoke shop. Then after the pandemic when stores were allowed to open and he had service at his door at the smoke shop he then upped the price that used to be 7.50 to 8.60. Lucky for me I know where to buy them 4 for 10$. But sometimes I’d stop here to get this item because it is close to my home. I would quit all my habits ( cigs etc) in a heartbeat if he was the last store on earth. Oh when I saw him at family dollar after the same item double price I told him about that happening, he says oh stop by I make it right. Well when they told me the price went up 1.60 I refused the sale.
