Very cold and unhelpful when trying to return an obviously defective sofa. My roommate and I purchased this a a little over a year and a half ago, he had called and told them about how the surface of this bonded leather couch was just wearing off. They said to bring photos. We live and work on the coast, not easy to make time. Then My roommate's Mom in N.J died and he had to go the the East Coast. A few weeks later, I found him dead in his room. I obviously didn't have this couch on my mind for awhile. All the sales guy said while pointing at the date of the receipt was "NO, over a year since purchased ". It was exactly a year to the day...

Wonderful experience shopping here. We were able to walk in and browse with no pressure, however, help was right there if we needed. Found the perfect couch for our budget, their inventory of couches was varied in price and all of good quality. They delivered on the early side of their delivery window and set it all up for me in less than 10 minutes. Delivery does cost a bit extra, but it is nominal and the delivery driver calls 30 minutes before delivery. Which is awesome. The salesman was in a rush mode, which makes you feel that you have to decide fast enough to buy it or not? I felt sort of intimidated and rushed that i fell into a trap .Unhappy with the rushed decision I made , I called the next day to cancel the transaction, he insisted to charge for stocking fee, wherein the delivery will be 4 days more.Talking on the phone to cancel, he would try to end the call as soonest as he can, so rushed.
