The same exact dress Nelly said it was her BEST ABSOLUTELY BEST price was $1399 ( WITHOUT SHIPPING, WITHOUT TAX). she said shipping will be an additional $100-$150. I found it at Madame Bridal for $1310 ( including shipping AND TAX) AND I will attach the receipt and all. Rin's bridal also had it for 1350 and even offered me a $50 discount before tax. so I emailed Nelly to see if she could price match me just because and all of a sudden now she absolutely can even though she swore up and down $1399 was her best price before I did my research. of course i didn't order from her and I emailed her to let her know how I felt about the situation. that tells you how greedy she is. Also, she sells long veils for 400$ and I kid you not I found the same ones if not better on Etsy for lower than half the price. So to all the future brides out there I know how hard we all work for our money so please do not be fooled by her sweet voice telling you " we don't do this for money we consider ourselves a friend to the bride and we will work with you" it is absolutely bull! please do your research even if you love a dress I am Pretty sure you will find it cheaper somewhere else you just have to look but please do not let this rip off business take your hard earned money and make a fortune at...

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Nelly's! Don't let the busy location in south San Francisco deter you , it is a wonderful, down to earth, family ran bridal shop that is worth going to. I was thankful that owner Nelly was able to fit me in on short notice, and I appreciated her flexibility. While parking can be a bit of a challenge with only residential parking, it's not impossible. I recommend allowing some extra time to find a spot so you can arrive on time for your appointment. Once inside, the shop feels warm and welcoming, with a cozy family atmosphere and an impressive selection of dresses. Nelly herself is a delight - warm, personable, and knowledgeable.
