Tina is a deceiver and I pity any customer that does business with her. She and I agreed to a size 4 wedding dress given my smaller chest size and she knew that my wedding was only 2 months away. She ended up ordering me a size 6. The wedding dress did not fit me at all in the bust and arms and my mom and I only found out the dress was a size 6 after we took the dress home and had paid in full for the dress which was $1200 and happened to look at the tags on the dress which showed a size 6. I called Tina up and was extremely upset given my wedding was so close and she lied straight to my face and said a size 6 was the same as a size 4 which I did not believe for a second given how much the dress did not fit me. Tina led me to believe that the dress could be altered so I went back to the shop with my Mom and Tina continued with the lie that a size 6 was the same as a size 4. We left the dress with the alteration lady, Letizia, to have the dress altered. After the dress was altered, it looked even worse than before on the bust and arms. Tina was not present that day. I ended up crying in the shop in front of Letizia as the dress looked really bad. Tina's husband was there and demanded a partial payment for the alterations even though Tina had promised to do the alterations without extra costs. Tina has refused to take the dress back and refund my money. Now I am out $1200 and have a dress I cannot wear to my wedding which is under a month away. Tina should be ashamed of herself for purposely ordering a size larger for me when she knew I was a size 4! Given what she did to me, Tina has no remorse for deceiving, taking advantage of and ruining desperate brides right before their weddings! Please avoid this stinky place...
Read moreI have been buying personalized ribbons here atleast twice a year for 5 years, and referred plenty of people. I have never had a problem until TINA (the owner?!) took my order! My bf picked up the ribbons for me and she was also rude to him, for what?! WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS. The man with glasses in the shop was nice to him, and he always took my order before with no problems. First of all, on YELP it says they are open until 2pm sundays so we went and it was closed.. i drove all the way from redwood city. I called to order the next day and she said they dont take phone orders but she will do it because of that, gee thanks. Both Ribbons were purchased there, I wanted it exactly like last time.the one i wanted today is actually 1 less letter than last time but she refused to do it because it looks "unprofessional, we don't put the baby's last name and it wont fit". I even asked to purchase a bigger ribbon to make it happen but she still said it wont fit so i was forced to get it like this?! When i asked her why its a problem, if its 1 less letter than the last ribbon..She told me to buy somewhere else if I don't agree with her, knowing that I needed it this week..so I had no choice. I'M SO DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER COME BACK. I WILL TELL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO COME HERE AND WILL REFER THEM WHEN I FIND A NEW PLACE TO BUY. she didnt even try to center the left side to make it look even.
