I just came from this place and I went with some concerns for one of my animals and My husband was speaking to an associate and one of the lower employees decided to put her two cents into the conversation and then after that I went down the aisle after she basically told me to let my animal die and she started talking badly about me and my husband to a employee and a customer which is very childish of her because we weren’t speaking to her! The girl had dark hair tattoos and piercings I went in with hopes of buying some things to help my animal and left very upset and disappointed with my experience at the store I think that the staff really needs to be evaluated at the store because some of the employees are very childish and very rude also on top of everything else she exclaimed that she was not a vet and that I should take it to a vet if I had concerns that much not to tractor supply but I was not asking for her input I was asking for things that may help with the situation with my animal to another employee So if the owner could please look at this location and the employees or maybe send a secret shopper I think it really needs to be done because I had a very bad experience today along with a couple other people that left the review And I work in service so I don’t understand why she had that...

Rarely have I encountered such phenomenal incompetence. I ordered a Cub Cadet mower, gave them the SKU of the exact mower I wanted, they told me they had it in stock. It would be assembled that evening, and delivered the following day. After not hearing from the delivery company the next day, I called the store only to find out the mower I ordered was different from the one they had in stock, they knew this, but nobody bothered to call and inform me. All of this was after having to spend an hour in the store making the order and them not being able to use my physical address for the delivery because of their archaic computer system. And now I cannot even order the mower from another store until the credit goes through and refund me for the original purchase. It should never take four days to buy a simple mower. And not a single person at the Washington store had or has any idea of how to handle the slightest problem. It seems as if they pride themselves and taking incompetence to a higher level. Needless to say, I will be purchasing the same mower from Home Depot with same-day delivery and dealing with people that actually know what the hell they’re talking about. I buy dog food, cat food, and bird seed at Tractor supply. The employees always greet me with a smile and hello. That means alot to me. I like the small town atmosphere. They help me load the heavy bags of seed and dog and cat food into my vehicle, with a smile. It's always a nice place to shop. I buy their t-shirts in the spring and fall. They are comfortable and easy to care for. Their prices are really reasonable for what they sell. I am giving them a 5 star review. I don't understand the mean review that the other customer gave them, just because the employees closed early that day she went shopping there. There might have been an emergency to force them to close. And the customer was mean enough to leave such a low review. I give them 5 stars.
