HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called the day before to ask about returns and was told as long as everything had the original tags/packaging and that I had the receipt and nothing was worn, they would return everything for full refund. When arriving at the store the cashier said she couldn’t return one of my items even tho it was damaged at time of purchase (she asked her boss) and I was unaware until I arrived home that the item wasn’t up to quality standards. While dealing with the cashier the “store manager” Tonya interrupted yelling saying they weren’t returning it and that there are signs posted all over the store as to why. I tried to explain to her I live 2 hours away and can’t see the signs from my house. She continued to yell and over talk me. After I told her I didn’t appreciate her attitude she then tried to trump company policy for personal gain and tell me they would not return any of my items all because she took our conversation personal. Worse customer service I’ve ever seen. Tonya shouldn’t be in charge and is setting an absolutely horrible example to all the other employees. Honestly I rarely post a review BUT I just left this store and it would take hours for me to say all the good things about it. First and foremost the 2 young ladies working there ARE THE BOMB, they were very friendly, they greeted me as I walked in, ask me if I needed help, and after I replied "No" they weren't pushy or anything like that, they just said let them know if I needed anything, they were suprising VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about all products in their store, and I had a couple questions and they answered them perfectly, the manager better keep those girls forever!! This month alone I have recieved over 300 bucks worth of free FR! All because of a special they are having, buying two FR shirts and getting one free. Not to mention 2 completely free Ariat T-shirts (on fridays), and 20 bucks off my boots. Also, I've worked in TX, ND, and WY, and I've had to buy FR in all these states, and these prices are amazing compared to anywhere I've ever been, except for the hard hats....Staff is friendly and attentive not pushy at all. This is my work gear store now and it will continue to stay that way. Disclaimer July is Ariat month, and this is why I've gotten free gear.
