I spent 30$ on a steak and lobster tail dinner and the steak was soooo small it was laughable. It was literally 4 bites of steak. It was the size of a lemon wedge! For the price I would have expected it to be at least comparable to what Applebees prepares for half of that cost! My daughters lobster and crab bisque had an option for extra crab meat for an upcharge, red flag there that it's probably meatless to begin with. It was hard to find any seafood in it at all! 120$ later for 3 people that left disappointed with poor service on top of it all. I won't be going back here to leave hungry again.

Michael was our waiter, and we certainly lacked for nothing. I had the Renegade 6 oz sirloin with Rock Grilled shrimp with a baked potato. It was all very good, but the shrimp was amazing! My friend had Flo's filet with the popular roasted Brussel sprouts. It's her favorite dish. If you have a small appetite, this is the dish to get. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, and the food came out hot. Michael was busy but never neglected our table. The atmosphere was bustling but comfortable. I would highly recommend Longhorn Steakhouse in Washington, PA.

Stopped for dinner, we got seated after a few minutes waiting time. We received our drinks right away with the bread, although they were very busy, the bread was very fresh and soft. We got the Texas Tonion as an appetizer, and it tasted great. We also got our salads, which were fresh. We ordered the outlaw ribeye and the Flo's Filet, and the steaks tasted very good, although they were a little tough. The steaks also seemed to be smaller than usual but were good. All and all, it was a good experience, and our server Mike did a fantastic job

I gave 1 star only for the waitress. This was my first time dining at this location with my in laws and family. There was 7 of us we were there to celebrate my mother in laws graduation. She graduated with a M.Ed in education! This is her favorite place to eat. This was my first time so I thought the atmosphere was really nice they was not too busy in there and our waitress was amazing. She seems stressed because of how everything was going so let’s get down to the issues. We ordered an appetizers of spicy chicken bites they were amazing by the way. What I ordered was their Outlaw Ribeye with baked potato and Brussels sprouts. The Brussels where non existent I got more flakes than actual sprouts. The steak was very charred on the outside I ordered a med-rare it came out more than well done I took a bite and you can just say I ate a very burnt piece of food. It’s almost like they threw the steak on coals and that’s what I ate I was disgusted and couldn’t eat it. Got it sent back to have another made and she ordered it med and it was too pink. I ended up taking it home. The next order was my father in law he ordered the ribeye med-rare his steak came out super charred as well and not cooked Med rare that was another issue. He didn’t want to say anything and just ate it but unacceptable. Third was my mother in laws order she got the sirloin with a lobster tail they must have forgot to put in the lobster tail cause it did not come out with the meal. After she put in the order for one my mother in law got half way through it before realizing it was RAW!!!!!!!!!! Let me stress the fact the lobster tail was RAWWWWW! Completely unacceptable to serve raw seafood and allowed it to leave your kitchen in that matter. We asked to speak with a supervisor, when she came over she was very dismissive, not listening and kept saying she took off the lobster tail. My mother in law was expressing our waiter was great but as she was explaining the issues the manager who’s name is Jessy just was not doing enough. Kept stating she was in this industry for 25 years. She left and I went to speak with her again. I advised her I don’t appreciate how she handled that complaint I feel taking off 1 item that was raw was not enough. She stated she would take off My meal, my mother in law and also my father in law meal. That’s fine but I need to make sure you advise your cooks that it’s not okay to serve food in this manner. She once again stated she been in the industry a long time I said so have I. Of I had my way we would be walking out of there with a $0 bill her response was just distasteful. She was not sorry or concerned she had to be approached a second time for her to kinda get a resolution. She expressed how much she loves eating there and I just feel as a manager you should have took that in a very serious manner. Thank you to our waitress for a beautiful experience. I personally will not dine at...

I have avoided writing a review for over 2 years but I've hit my breaking point. I wait months between visits hoping for improvements but none to be found.

When they get your order right it is amazing... but it never happens. I order to fo and should know to check EVERY item by now. Out of the last 5 times I have ordered, my food has never been correct. I order a baked potato with no sour cream and I get sour cream in the cup with the toppings. Not a major thing but if I don't catch it then I have plain potato as I take this to work not home. Once upon trying to correct it with the waitress, I was argued with. She claimed that it was butter even though you could see the pure white sour cream separate from the off white butter. She continued arguing until I scooped out the contents with my finger to show her that cold butter doesn't smear like that.

I would order sides of BAKED parm CRUST that they microwave. This last time I got a microwaved side cup instead of a full portion. If I insisted that it be baked I would be met with an argument, and one time outright refusal. This time they even called me to ask what my note on my order meant (explaining how I want the parm crust) and they STILL messed it up!!! On one occasion after insisting that it be corrected, they charged me for extra bread when I asked for it. Every other time it was free but that time the waitress felt petty I guess.

I absolutely LOVE their food! But their to-go employees have no attention to detail. It's sad that can't go to the one by my work on my lunch but I refuse to give them my...

Well let's start by saying that my Father's Day dinner was an absolute disaster place was not busy at all empty tables everywhere still took a half hour to be seated once seated every bit of 15 minutes just to get our drink order servers and managers were huddled at the greeters podium then comes the worst part server took our order after about 15 minutes of placing the order server then returns to the table telling us that they did not have the choice of steaks we ordered then the salad comes out placing the salad in front of us she walks away not one of us had silverware for roughly 10 minutes we waited server never came back so I decided to walk up to the podium asking to speak to a manager she said how can I help I asked her to follow me back to the table where I asked her if she saw anything wrong she said no I pointed out that we had no silverware to eat our salad with my family was actually eating with fingers my mother was spreading butter with a straw I also asked for dressing for my salad which I never received salad was super dry so after getting silverware my daughter starts to spread butter on the bread pulling a giant hair buried in the butter after a while our meal comes bacon in the Mac n cheese which my daughter asked not to have my beer remaining empty the entire time we were there and needless to say I never touched my meal due to being extremely upset with the whole experience thanks again for a totally ruined Father's day dinner spent$260 and not a penny was discounted nor an apology from the...
