i'll start by saying the food was great. the drive through time was fast. The problem with this restaurant is the staff! The lady working the drive through window was very unprofessional. i ordered a taco 12 pack for me and my 4 children, we ask for 5 small ice waters and the lady said i'm not wasting all those cups, but that she would give me two large cups..ok fair enough not a problem at all. when i paid i ask "can i please get some mild sauce for the tacos". she said "ill throw a variety pack in." she said this with an attitude. she left the window so fast i didn't have time to even say anything. then she hands me my two waters and said ignorantly " Do you want these!" i said yes. then she handed me my taco 12 pack and i ask her what the variety sauce pack was because i only wanted the mild sauce i ask for. she got rude about it and said that is what we are supposed to do. i dont understand why they would be told to throw and waste all these sauces i never ask for. there was like 3 mild sauces for 12 tacos and 12 hot and diablo hot which i cant give to my kids. she then grabbed 3 more mild sauces and threw them in the box again ignorantly. i ask to speak with the manager and the manager was very nice and acted very professional but at the same time didn't say a thing to the worked and just said i understand and im sorry you had a bad visit. its just funny how they refused my kids the small waters even though im a paying customer because they dont want to waste the cups but they will throw 12 sauce packs that i didn't want and now will be wasted because i ask for mild not hot and diablo...thats kinda wasteful i think. there was no reason for the lady at the window names michelle to be so rude when its not my fault she isnt doing her job right. i woul avoid this taco bell chain and go to the one in canonsburgh... better service and the staff are...
Read moreI was just at the Taco Bell on Washington Road across the street from Lowe's, Hobby Lobby. The employees clearly saw that there were three customers waiting in line. The two employees had ABSOLUTELY no orders to be addressed. They were talking amongst themselves. It took one customer to verbally request there assistance THREE (3) times before one of the young ladies addressed the first customer in line. Sadly, these two employees looked at us (3 customers waiting in line) directly after the first request, but ignored us, and continued to complete there personal conversation. Let me stress "Personal." It's best that I don't discuss their topic of conversation. I hope someone in a managerial position looks at the surveillance cameras. The video will clearly show that No - employee gave a verbal greeting of any kind. Just "What can I get you." No - "Apology for the wait." No - "Good afternoon." No - "Welcome to Taco Bell, how can I take your order." Not even a smile. Just - "What can i get you." Please watch the video. This wasn't the first time something like this has occurred at this particular Taco Bell. I was raised that "Respect" was a vital part of life. It just doesnt happen at this location. Read moreI pulled into this Taco Bell drive thru at 12:40 PM today. There were two vehicles in front of me to order. At 12:49 both of them had finally been waited on and had rounded the building to the pick up window. I pulled to the speaker, decided on my order, got my money sorted out, and I waited. And waited. And waited. 1:05pm. There are now four cars behind me. One aggressively blowing it's horn. The fourth one leaves the line. I wait. Still, nobody says a word. Five more minutes I've had enough and pull around the building. The cars that had been ahead of me were long gone. There was not a soul to be seen at the pick up window. Honestly, I couldn't see anybody in the kitchen at all. Over a half hour wait and didn't even get offered service! Somebody somewhere in mangement needs to take a look at how this restaurant is being operated! Mid lunch hour and the staff just dropped off the face of the earth!
