Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in South Strabane Township

So the last time I ate here it was delicious and I got a Philly cheesesteak. It had all the veggies, cheese and meat. So I figured I'd get the same. It was completely different than what I ordered last time. And it was disappointing. And I got another sandwich for my SO and his didn't have any veggies or the other stuff the guy said would be on it. It was just cheese, a few onions and the meat. The cashier was super nice and I had just shopped and was tired from being at work for 10 hours. They weren't busy but still jacked up my order. And the cherry on top was when I saw the cashier picking his nose with his pinky and not washing his hands as he used his Booger hand to put napkins and my to go order in a bag. I was exhausted otherwise I would have probably said something. Instead I tossed my boogered napkins and prayed he didn't touch the food. Went up to the counter just wanted their daily special because me and my wife were going to try this particular chain told the guy behind the counter he inputted 38 dollars worth of stuff which we fought with him just to get it on the right order, in the end still didn't get the order right got it down to 25 dollars and some change the daily special was supposed to be 7.29 we got 2 of them if you account for the drinks for 3$ a pop 21-22$ should have been in that area, then go to get drinks tried three different varieties of the fountain drinks because all were flat and odd tasting, get our food the fries were the only thing that had flavor or was worth a darn, for the price and the hassle of everything the food is garbage at best I do not recommend this chain or restaurant to anyone and I hope someone takes my advice to stay away from here to keep from wasting money and mental health due to fighting with someone who wants to try and change your order to...

I ordered a sandwich with no lettuce and tomato, I got home and it had lettuce on it. I went back to get my sandwich remade, and I double checked it in the car to make sure it was hot, and they hadn’t just picked through the sandwich and re-served it. It was hot, so I went home. When I got back, I discovered the sandwich had, upon closer inspection, been picked through as it still had lettuce on it, and was now burned black on the outside, as if they simply warmed it in the oven and then RE-SERVED FOOD THAT HAD COME BACK, which is a health code violation and illegal.
