I had the pleasure of meeting Roger, a truly exceptional sales associate at the Warhammer store. From the moment I walked in, his warm and welcoming demeanor immediately let us know we were in good hands. He went above and beyond to provide assistance and guidance, and his knowledge of the Warhammer universe was truly impressive. A total godsend for my husband and me, total newcomers to the hobby! He patiently walked us through the options, helped us pick the perfect sets, and even gave us beginner tips. Super knowledgeable and was able to provide us a 'new player painting course' on the spot - which personally was one of the coolest things I've done in a long time... - so thank you Roger!

Today was my first visit to the store and I couldn't have had a better experience! The manager Kevin was knowledgeable, friendly, inviting and observed strict Covid-19 protocols.

The store was well merchandised and spotless. Easily the most professional hobby store I've ever been inside.

Kevin informed me of a great deal they had on paints and even gave me a free warhammer model for it being my first time in the store.

He took the time to discuss painting techniques with me as well just talk shop about Blood Bowl. Customer service is a lost art these days and doubly so in hobby shops.

I had been to the store once or twice before for a small purchase but yesterday I wanted to learn how to play 40K. Kevin took the time to go through a few rounds of a basic battle with me explaining everything along the way. He was very patient as I struggled with some of the rules but was always encouraging and helpful. Most importantly I left with a better understanding of the game and how to improve and learn more.
