Had to visit this locations pharmacy as our prescription could not be filled by the macungie location. After being on the call for 45 min was informed to visit this location . Surprisingly this location pharmacist tells that the prescription is not transferred and told me to wait so she can call the other pharmacy and or override and fill the prescription. Also it was closing time and i did tell her we are trying to fill this prescription for almost two days .. she makes me wait for 15 min and then comes back to tell she cannot do anything as the other location is closed. First she gave the perception that she can override and fill the order and second ut seemed like she was more inclined to logout and get out more than anything. Third i doubt she even called the other pharmacy. If she would have checked rather than making me wait she would have got some one the phone before the other pharmacy called. When i complained she changed her position . Overall experience at this location pharmacy is low or sub low par . And with cvs in general customer service has become horrible and add to it fewer hours of operation .. be ready to deal with pharmacists who are not ready to help if you visit this location. Read moreIf there was a negative scale for rating this store I would use it. Not even worth one star. Pharmacy never had one of my prescriptions even available in the store the day it was allowed to be filled. They wouldn't order it before the day it could be filled. I talked to pharmacy manager about it today and she said CVS will never change its system. I explained that I had to actually use less of the medication than prescribed due to them never having it available. I told her I was taking all my prescriptions elsewhere and also all the shopping I did when I would pick up a prescription. The pharmacy manager actually told me to my face that it didn't matter. It wouldn't affect her at all. She didn't care. I told her that if enough people left because of the problems then she could lose her job and maybe then she would start to care. CVS has gotten too big and doesn't really care about its patients. Read moreI have to say the customer service on Tilghman Street one employee is very rude I do not like going in there because of the tall one with gray hair if you do not like your job then why are you rude to the customers and seems to talk down to you especially when you are having issues using your coupons or with the machine there is no reason that you have to talk rudely to the customers or talk to them like they don't know what they're doing it doesn't cost anything to be kind and this always when I go in prefer to go other CVS store because they are nice excellent service and what is the use of addressing it does the Manager really addresses this or even Corporate is it a waste of time been 3xs with this employee rude to the point he will role his eyes at you when people act that way just Pray for them because in reality don't know if they are going through something personal but you shouldn't be rude to any customer because we are bringing CVS business customer courtesy has to be improved not just at CVS it's becoming more rare at different stores...
