I ordered through Uber Eats and when I opened the bag to get the sandwich out you could tell that there had been another food item close by. I ordered the steak and cheddar with no horseradish sauce and no pickled onions. There was some sort of an orange colored hot sauce on the inside of one of the folds of the paper wrapper and there was basil or something else that is green in color on the inside of the wrapper as well. I went to college for Culinary Arts 20 years and even though the industry has changed I can guarantee that this in not with in safe food handling protocols. Each food item should be made separately to keep from cross contaminating one food item to another. For each item that you make you are required as part of health code regulations to change out the gloves that you are wearing. This includes if you filled a container with soup and then went to fill a different container with a different soup you have to change the gloves. Cross contamination!!! A lot of places do not do this because the gloves cost money. It is part of health code regulations though so please do your job! I make a big deal out of this because I am one of the people out there with very sensitive food allergies and I have to be careful with what I eat. Because of this I am not able to eat the sandwich that I just spent $8.00 on because I obviously can not trust that this Panera location is following proper protocols to keep people safe...
Read moreI have given Panera the benefit of the doubt over and over but I just cannot order from them anymore. I have spent way too much money with this company and willingly did so because the food is good, it's healthier than other options and gets delivered quickly so its my go to when I order lunch at work. However, over the last three months, I have either received the wrong soup or had bacon or avocado missing from my Turkey BLT a tota of 6 times. Within the last few months in having those issues I only called about it once, when my $5 soup was incorrect and they quickly rectified the issue by providing me a refund for my whole order. That was very nice of them to do, however I just want to be able to pay for my food and have the correct food sent to me. I understand there is an issue with people not wanting to work and many places are short staffed but when there is a spot on the receipt that reads " order checked by _", I would expect my order to be checked by someone. Today, again, I had the wrong soup delivered to me, a soup that i have no desire to eat because to me, it doesn't appear appetizing. Sadly, ill have to start going to a different Panera which means, I'll have to change where I have my work lunch delivered from since the Tilghman St location is the only location close to my job. If you are a stickler for having your order correct, like I am, you may want to chose...

Having visited the Panera Bread on Tillman Street three times for food pick up, I can say with certainty that my experiences have been nothing short of disastrous. Despite giving them three separate chances to redeem themselves, they have failed miserably each and every time.
It's truly remarkable how consistently abysmal their performance has been. With each visit, I held out hope that perhaps it was just an isolated incident or a stroke of bad luck. However, it quickly became apparent that incompetence and negligence are deeply ingrained in the fabric of this establishment.
Not only were my food orders consistently inaccurate, but the quality of the food itself was subpar at best. Couple that with egregiously delayed pick-up times, and you have a recipe for frustration and disappointment.
I've reached my limit with Panera on Tillman Street. Three strikes and they're out – I refuse to subject myself to their ineptitude any longer. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this establishment. It's clear that they have no regard for their customers' satisfaction...
