We were really excited and eager to try this Ramen shop since it opened in Allentown, so we had high hopes for this visit. However, I was a bit disappointed because when the staff brought out the Ramen, they were just warm, not hot at all, and of course, that halved the taste of the Ramen. I have eaten Ramen in many restaurants, and Ramen is best when it comes out with hot soup. But unfortunately, my bowl of ramen noodles as well as those of 3 friends were warm, not hot. Talking about the soup, to me it has a moderate taste, neither too salty nor bland, but not to be called impressive, and maybe this soup will be a bit bland for many people. Therefore, I rate Ramen noodles 8/10. As for the Popcorn Shrimp, it was really bland even though they were drizzled with sauce (I rate this dish 7/10). However, the plus point is that the service staff here are very friendly and enthusiastic, I feel very happy because of their hospitality. I really hope the restaurant can improve the quality of this Ramen, and in my opinion, they need to make the soup hotter, and the Ramen will be perfect. I haven't decided if I will come back next time or not, but I still hope that if I can come back, the noodles that day will be more perfect than the noodles of...
Read moreI don't normally post reviews but this is an exception. It took 20 minutes for a server to come to our table and another 10 minutes to get drinks. We got the fried calamari, bao buns, katsu curry and what I thought was miso ramen. The calamari was so oily and gross looking like someone heated it in a microwave and luke warm when dropped off at our table. The katsu curry had extra unknown ingredients not labeled on the menu and the miso ramen wasn't miso at all. It was bland, absolutely no taste or saltiness and was a plain chicken broth. I specifically ordered a miso ramen looking for a miso flavor, not a chicken broth. The "pork belly" in the ramen was literally a thinly sliced pork chop and extremely tough and not a melt-in-your-mouth type of pork. I've been to several ramen spots in the lehigh valley and elsewhere and this place is not it. Very disappointed I left half of my unfinished...
Read moreMy sweetheart and I always get the same thing every time we go because we are obsessed. Tonkatsu ramen, the black garlic ramen, jasmine tea, and some fried gyoza.
It has been so delicious every time. In this day and age where money is so tight, it isn't worth settling for subpar experiences when getting restaurant food, but this is the perfect place to go to treat yourself (and your loved ones).
Since it is a bit of a trek from home to get to, we have tried a few other ramen places, but they just do not compare to Ninja Ramen.
The service is wonderful, with friendly yet professional staff. We usually get food to go since my bf prefers to eat at home, but I have dined in a few times and their atmosphere is great too. Very relaxed. We...
