What a disappointing visit . Chipotle used to be good , not sure what happened. There were empty trays with no attempt to refill them, extremely limited toppings, and what food they had looked dry and unappetizing, with staff that looked and acted completely unmotivated. While I waited, there was only one person doing the orders and payment while the other staff floated in the back with no attempt to assist as the line grew. This has definitely gone downhill and not what it used to be. Better options are available everywhere. This chain needs a complete overhaul or it will end up closing. As I eventually moved up the line I noticed there wasn't much of anything in the trays and it was only 2pm in the afternoon I turned around and left. I was not planning to waste a penny in a place that obviously doesn't care anymore about their customers or reputation. This restaurant/ chain truly needs to rethink and redo things and as far as their new commercial running, I did not see or hear sizzling meat cooking as advertised . No one attempting to even refill the trays or cook anything at all. Don't waste your time or money here.

Absolutely disappointed with my recent experiences at Chipotle. On not one, but two separate occasions about two months apart, I walked into the restaurant only to find out they were out of main ingredients. How does a staple like rice or "CHESSE" (see picture) run out in a so-called Mexican grill? It's beyond me. The first time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking it might have been a fluke. But when it happened again, it became clear that this is a pattern of inconsistency. I couldn't even enjoy my meal properly because they couldn't provide the basics. Moreover, even when they do have all the ingredients, the quality and taste of their food seems to vary wildly from visit to visit. One day it's decent, the next it's barely edible. It's like playing a game of culinary roulette every time I step foot in there. Chipotle needs to get their act together and ensure they have adequate supplies and maintain some level of consistency in their food quality. Otherwise, they risk losing loyal customers like myself who expect better service and standards from a supposedly reputable chain.

Walk it at 9pm to a crowd of other disappointed people being told it’s online order only because they are short staffed. I download the app and place my order and the payment wasn’t going through “because their systems are overloaded with too many orders” I was told by a staff member. Makes no sense why a well known establishment wouldn’t have there ish together. So basically wasted my time and gas and left with no food. Ridiculous! I go online to write a review and take notice to a lot of zero star reviews which tells me all I need to know about this establishment! Won’t ever go here again! Went down the street to 5 guys and place my order at the register and got my food in 5 minutes like I should have! Crazy how restraunts like this can survive when they literally don’t even want your money lol.

I normally don’t do reviews but after my experience I just had to. Before I begin I do want to say that the young man helping me today was nice. However, I’m just very disappointed on how unorganized this location is. How is it if you’re paying the same amount as someone online, you’re going to tell them we’re out of steak but the steak the cook is cutting up in my face is only for online orders??? Then when it’s time to pay at the register, the cashier says they don’t have change for large bills. Okay, so the nice gentleman behind me happen to have change. So, I give the cashier 45.00 because my total was 41.34, and the cashier hands me a dollar and says that’s all I have. So wait…. You mean to tell me that if everyone doesn’t have exact change that you’re going to short them??? Why not put a sign up? Or better yet, why not tell the customer they can get something else or a drink. Like be FKN for real!!! It was only 2 dollars and some change but it’s just the principle behind it. Honestly, it made me feel as if the kids working at this place tried to come up with a hustle to get a bunch of tips at the end of the night. Y’all played me once but I can guarantee that won’t ever happen again. I didn’t make it a big deal because of the line of people behind me but NEVER AGAIN!! I will make sure EVERYONE I know stops going to your location. Chipotle needs to get things under control at this...

Why don't I ever learn from past mistakes. 3rd time here and a $h! T show. This place is a disaster. 2 girls in the back prep area singing along loudly to the music, some in the back room having loud conversations and laughing. Seems like the pickup area is the only staffed section. There's a customer standing in frot of me and NO ONE acknowledged him. Not sure how long he's been there. He looked at me a few times and shrugged his shoulders. A guy from the pickup area came to get some more ingredients yet ignored the customer. Customer had to shout out to him, "is anyone taking orders here" employee responded "usually there is someone here, must have don't to the rest room". I mumbled think you're better off ordering online then walking outside to the pickup area lol. Minutes later another other employee with hat turned backwards did return from the restroom past me and the guy in front of me, no acknowledgment. The girl from the pick up area had to come to the front to take the orders. Extremely sorry to say this but the characters in there are straight out of the parts of town you don't want to visit. I work is center city Allentown, Bethlehem and nice areas as Breinigsville, Macungie, Emmaus so yeah I meet all types of people and this is no stereotype. I think Beavis and Butthead has better customer service skills in...

The portion sizes, especially for meat, are extremely underwhelming. It feels more like a soup kitchen than a legitimate restaurant. When you ask for a little more, you're given just one or two extra pieces — barely making a difference. This seems to be a directive from management, but it only serves to frustrate customers.

Popular menu items like guacamole or fajitas are frequently out of stock, especially during peak hours. When they are available, the portions are shockingly small for the price. Additionally, the rice often sits out too long and can become dry or hard.

Ordering delivery is even worse — you typically receive noticeably smaller portions compared to what you’d get after waiting in line for half an hour in person.

Cross-contamination is also an issue. Food bins are placed too closely together, leading to ingredients mixing. On top of that, the cleaning solution used on the line has, on occasion, ended up in the food — leaving a chemical taste that’s not only unpleasant but potentially unsafe.

Overall, I’m not a fan of this restaurant format. The experience is inconsistent, the portions unreliable, and the quality control leaves much...
