I normally don’t do reviews but after my experience I just had to. Before I begin I do want to say that the young man helping me today was nice. However, I’m just very disappointed on how unorganized this location is. How is it if you’re paying the same amount as someone online, you’re going to tell them we’re out of steak but the steak the cook is cutting up in my face is only for online orders??? Then when it’s time to pay at the register, the cashier says they don’t have change for large bills. Okay, so the nice gentleman behind me happen to have change. So, I give the cashier 45.00 because my total was 41.34, and the cashier hands me a dollar and says that’s all I have. So wait…. You mean to tell me that if everyone doesn’t have exact change that you’re going to short them??? Why not put a sign up? Or better yet, why not tell the customer they can get something else or a drink. Like be FKN for real!!! It was only 2 dollars and some change but it’s just the principle behind it. Honestly, it made me feel as if the kids working at this place tried to come up with a hustle to get a bunch of tips at the end of the night. Y’all played me once but I can guarantee that won’t ever happen again. I didn’t make it a big deal because of the line of people behind me but NEVER AGAIN!! I will make sure EVERYONE I know stops going to your location. Chipotle needs to get things under control at this...
Read moreWhy don't I ever learn from past mistakes. 3rd time here and a $h! T show. This place is a disaster. 2 girls in the back prep area singing along loudly to the music, some in the back room having loud conversations and laughing. Seems like the pickup area is the only staffed section. There's a customer standing in frot of me and NO ONE acknowledged him. Not sure how long he's been there. He looked at me a few times and shrugged his shoulders. A guy from the pickup area came to get some more ingredients yet ignored the customer. Customer had to shout out to him, "is anyone taking orders here" employee responded "usually there is someone here, must have don't to the rest room". I mumbled think you're better off ordering online then walking outside to the pickup area lol. Minutes later another other employee with hat turned backwards did return from the restroom past me and the guy in front of me, no acknowledgment. The girl from the pick up area had to come to the front to take the orders. Extremely sorry to say this but the characters in there are straight out of the parts of town you don't want to visit. I work is center city Allentown, Bethlehem and nice areas as Breinigsville, Macungie, Emmaus so yeah I meet all types of people and this is no stereotype. I think Beavis and Butthead has better customer service skills in...
Read moreThe portion sizes, especially for meat, are extremely underwhelming. It feels more like a soup kitchen than a legitimate restaurant. When you ask for a little more, you're given just one or two extra pieces — barely making a difference. This seems to be a directive from management, but it only serves to frustrate customers.
Popular menu items like guacamole or fajitas are frequently out of stock, especially during peak hours. When they are available, the portions are shockingly small for the price. Additionally, the rice often sits out too long and can become dry or hard.
Ordering delivery is even worse — you typically receive noticeably smaller portions compared to what you’d get after waiting in line for half an hour in person.
Cross-contamination is also an issue. Food bins are placed too closely together, leading to ingredients mixing. On top of that, the cleaning solution used on the line has, on occasion, ended up in the food — leaving a chemical taste that’s not only unpleasant but potentially unsafe.
Overall, I’m not a fan of this restaurant format. The experience is inconsistent, the portions unreliable, and the quality control leaves much...
