I went into this shop to buy a bottle of cookie twist juice and they usually come in a box of 2 60ml bottles. They had just the separate bottles on the shelf so I asked for one bottle of the juice. I noticed they had some with older packaging because cookie twist changed packaging a few months ago so I asked for one with the newer packaging because I knew the older packaging had to be at least a few months old. The woman told me I couldn’t choose the newer packaging and said she could only sell me the other so I told her that’s ok I will go somewhere else. Customer service is good as far as manners but they will not refund you for defective items (disposable was leaking and I never used it) tried to return it the next day and they said no.
