Mattress Firm Southaven — Hotel in Southaven

My husband, Robert and I went into the Mattress Firm in Southaven to look for a new mattress. I had health issues that made it so I needed to get a new mattress. The one that we had was like 10yrs or more old. We were greeted by Kent. He was very warm and friendly. I discussed our reason for searching for a new mattress. He was going to show us one kind but then he did a check with his manager, Tandy before we checked out the purple mattresses. He was correct in his thinking. I told him that my mom had mentioned that they were great for my health issues. Kent really took his time with us. Made us feel like he truly wanted what was best for the customer. He did not act one bit like he was only after the sale. He was in no shape or form rude or pushy. He really worked with us to get just the right fit. I believe he went above and beyond what his job requirements were. My husband and I had every intention of shopping around but with the care, support, and professionalism that Kent showed we knew this was where we were to get the bed. His manager, Tandy was very nice as well. These employees that work at the Mattress Firm in Southaven really do care about their customers!! I would highly recommend going to get a mattress or bed there. If you go say that Robert and Debbie Ray sent you! I would definitely give Kent a 10 out of 10!! Thanks-...

Kent patiently helped my 14yo daughter and me pick out mattresses for her day bed and trundle. We had no idea what we were looking for, only that the trundle mattress could only be 7" high. After several questions regarding sleep habits and firmness preference, Kent had my daughter try out 5-6 options that meet those criteria. We picked out the trundle mattress pretty quickly. My daughter finally settled on one for the top of the bed. The 120 day trial and the 10 yr warranty sold us on it immediately. While he was getting all the paperwork in order, he showed us some options for when my husband and I need to get a bed. Holy moly! I didn't know beds come with so many options! Again, Kent was very patient with us, explaining all the different types and possibilities of options. He heard what we were saying and helped us find exactly what we needed. We will definitely be back soon for a King size bed for me and my husband. Did I mention they also have 0% financing as an option? Can't beat that! Thank you, Kent! ...

Went in to try out the Purple before I bought it online. I had really bad experience with other mattresses and other mattress stores (never shop at Havertys) Colby asked if I needed help and I explained why I was there. He wasn't pushy at all and wasn't trying to sell me anything. He was very knowledgeable about mattresses and was just telling me about mattresses in general. I laid on the purple and was facing a Sterns and Foster. I made a joke and said Id love a S&F but they are out of my budget. He said let him check the Clearance Warehouse. He found one for me that was within my budget. Also, since I wanted to test one first and they didn't have one in store, he found a store where I could go try it out. He def went above and beyond and once I tried it out came back to the store to purchase from him.
