Old Navy — Local services in Southbury

I would give 0 stars if I could. Very disappointed with the customer service at this location.. I was told by a customer service representative that because online sent me the incorrect size I could go into the store and return it without a problem. Well that was not the case at all, I was told that it would not be able to go back into their inventory because it is incorrect. I understand this, however, this is poor service to deny a problem that wasn’t my fault in the first place. Why would you not be able to make an inventory adjustment? I will no longer be shopping here and would suggest that if this is the case in all stores I would hope that you would do what’s right for the customer and do an inventory adjustment! Called store at 10:12 am on a Tuesday they open at 10am( no one answered ) very odd ?? I waited 5 minutes called again ( no answer) anyhow I find the manager Sam to be somewhat rude and direct when I've spoken to hear on the phone other times. Young gal that's a bit chunky and has glasses working the fitting room ( not the nicest) she yelled at me because I went into the fitting room with my shopping cart not knowing that shopping carts were allowed however number one she has no right to raise her voice at a customer she could've been more politethis Old Navy really needs to hire more...

Two things… one face masks are still required for students to wear yet they no longer are carrying them. Two… their selection of boys clothes is absolutely awful. I wish this was just a one time experience but it’s not. Literally the past 4 times they have a selection of 2 maybe 3 non graphic tee shirts and only 3 out of those 4 times did they have my sons size. Yet it looks like they have a ton of girls, toddler snd baby stuff to pick from. Too bad with us living down the street. It would have been so convenient having the old navy...
