Today it was the third time I tried to shop at this branch. It was the third time I was treated with disrespect and disdain by dismissive employees at even the manager! But today was the last drop. The door at the entrance asks people to shop solo to help keeping social distance. In the store, there are arrows on the floor directing the traffic, lines at each cashier to help customers keep social distance. And then, all self-checkout of service/not in service and just one sixteen years old cashier checking out the more than 10 customers that were waiting in line. Whatâs the purpose of the shopping alone, following traffic sings, waiting behind the lines if we are going to be overcrowded trying to find the right place to wait in line????? The worse part of the story is that I waited in line for 15 (yes, fifteen) minutes according to my phone, so that when I finally made it to the check point it was over the hour to by beer. I asked the cashier to call the manager because I tried to buy 15 (fifteen) minutes earlier. An employee called Mary got involved, screaming across the store âShe (meaning me) wants to by beer after 6!!!!â Then the manager came also screaming. The story continues. The point, at this point in time, was by far not the beer that I couldnât buy but the 15 minutes wait defeating the purpose of all safety precautions. The manager could not see it. He just continued to scream focusing on the item, without realizing that the point was that he should have had more than just one untrained cashier checking out customers. Extremely poor management skills, no care for the customer at all. At the end, I had to ask him to move to the side so that I could leave, as he was blocking me. No, I do not...

As for the store, I've been thoroughly frustrated with their poor produce, lack of selection in dry goods, mediocre meat and inept customer service. It's taken me no less than 2 hrs total to get someone get my card registered for their digital coupon program -- which has been in effect since when? Nobody in customer service could figure out the problem was my info was initially entered incorrectly-- it took a post on corporate's FB page to get resolution, and additional FOUR days. I will see if it's actually operational sometime next week. I'm very skeptical.
Oooo! Be sure to take their survey, located at the bottom of your receipt. The survey will crash, lock your computer, and ask redundant questions 3x over.. ................. Interesting reply from the company.
Here's a thought: When you have a "Contact us" button on your app, maybe list phone numbers or email addresses to actually CONTACT YOU, instead of putting people back in the stupid loop of "FAQs" that don't even come close to addressing a person's problem. ;) That way, when they're frustrated -- as I clearly am-- they can actually REACH YOU instead of resorting to Google reviews or a FBpage to get resolution.

I wish I could name them all but I wanted to compliment the following specifically. Jen, ALWAYS ready to help a customer. She's very observant and definitely on her A-Game. Leslie, so sweet and so kind and always patiently helps me with my coupons that just won't scan. I will never forget how much she has sanitized those self-checkouts! Jared, Probably the happiest human ever. Anita, I see her so often as I'm in there quite a bit and she's always so friendly and helpful. Dave in Produce is one of my favorite! He's meticulous and I enjoy our quick chats. The Deli Guys, you may have finally got them right. So far they are great and for a while I had a hard time saying that. Treat them well. Lee, will literally stop what's best doing to tell you about a special on eggs or milk and guide us towards that product. What moved me to write this was that my daughter turned to me on the way out and said "Mom, you literally know everyone". I responded that they have become my little friends and I enjoy seeing them.
