Went in looking for a dress, found a nice set of pjs I was going to get. Set of 3 on a single hanger, tag said 3 piece on the robe, but apparently it did not go together, with the other 2 items. ( all same pattern) this is how it was on the hanger, I even tried it on. and the lady and the I guess supervisor were very rude to me. I walked out not buying anything. I had a few other items I didn’t end up purchasing. When stores let people walk out with thousands of dollars of merchandise, I get hounded for oh someone must had put it together wrong. An unknowing customer trying to purchase something they had hanging together on the rack. The same hanger set, The same pattern. I love TJ max but this location being so small and the people being rude it’s not worth visiting...
Read moreThis TJMAXX overall has always been great. Lately the store is falling apart. I don’t recognize the current employees and learned some of them we’re transferred. The store has been in shambles. There’s an older gentleman that is constantly working and organizing. Tonight I noticed 2 young adults doing absolutely nothing constructive except flirting. The young girl whose initial stats with a J was clearly walking around killing time while everything is a mess around her. I want that job LOL. Do nothing and get paid. The store is crammed and extremely messy. It resembles a war zone. It was almost closing time. Can’t imagine those kids are going to clean...
Read moreSo this is not the TJ Maxx I remember prior to the pandemic. Like most places their inventory is low. I'm a plus size woman and they don't have a lot to offer in my size in any form of variety or style options. But I keep going back, because the staff is super friendly and helpful. And I keep hoping the meeger section they have for 2 and 3x womens clothing will feature something new. And I'm told that on June 21st customers will actually be able to try on clothes in the store again. I just hope there's something...
