*edit to original review I would like to say I went back today after realizing they had commented back on my original review, and I am very pleased to say I got someone new today! His name is Leo and he is fantastic and he did my nails how I asked him and they look fabulous! Thank you so much for offering to fix my nails. I am a happy customer!

Today was my first time here honestly, I have to give a very mixed review. I went in, and I asked for a pedicure, and a full set Gel-x. All the staff I was in contact with was very nice, they showed me to my pedicure chair which we did first, and I was highly impressed and satisfied with my pedicure! My toenails are beautiful however I did expect more of a massage for the amount of money That I paid. So then I went to have my nails done and the gentleman was extremely nice and we laughed and talked, I told him what I wanted. He started applying the gel x, Cut them down to the length I desired, and then asked me what color I wanted, and I showed him which I will show below. I kinda wanted a natural ombre type look. The picture that I showed him and what I got were two completely different things. I'm a very nice person and don't like to cause any confrontation so I did not say anything because the nails weren't necessarily ugly it's just not what I wanted and the look I was going for. And the jail is very thick up under my nails. I would definitely return for a pedicure, but I'm not so sure about the nails! Mother’s Day I planned two relaxing pedicures for my daughter and I. I booked online 2 detox pedicures with gel polish. We were seated on time next to each other. My daughter had Tai, I had Linh. I hate giving bad reviews but Linh had no clue what she was doing. After, soaking my feet in what I expressed was cold water, she dried them and started to polish. I look over and my daughter is getting the dead skin scraped . I asked her why is she trying to polish my toes when you haven’t given me my hot stones, haven’t soaked my feet in parafilm , hadn’t done the wax or hot towels, she literally told me that she was going to do all of that after she polished my toes. Really? I’ve had tons of pedicures and I have never heard of such. The guy doing my daughter’s feet immediately realized what was going on because I asked that she just stop the pedicure. He gave her the tools to use and told her how to do it . She gets the hot towel drops it on the floor , picks it up and attempts to put it on my leg. The total cost for the two of us was $177, needless to say it was anything but relaxing because I had to watch everything she was not doing. I want to give 4 stars but I keep finding more flaws in my nails. The salon is really nice and clean, no complaints there! The massage chairs are also fantastic. I got the spa pedicure and asked for the orange scent. I was given lemon, I was going to correct him but I decided I would try lemon. I didn’t get his name, he didn’t really speak any English at all it seemed as he had another lady communicate to me for questions. My pedicure was okay, didn’t seem rushed but also wasn’t the best ever. I have one nail that’s awfully crooked, but overall I love the color. My manicure was nothing special. I didn’t get asked what type of manicure I wanted, so I guess I just got a polish change because there was no lotion or anything included. I noticed on my hands there are a lot of bare spots around the sides of the nail. It’s okay but probably not worth the price. I also got cut on one finger. I could tell he felt awful, and accidents happen, but it still hurts a day later and has had to have a bandaid on it, so it kinda ruins the manicure. It’s small, so I’m not that worried or bothered, but it’s worth nothing. I will be back because I think it’s the best salon in the area, but I don’t think I’ll ever pay for a...
