What a phenomenal place! I didn’t know that they had opened in October and stumbled upon Southern Cuts yesterday while looking for a Prime Rib for Easter. The staff and owner are absolutely amazing. We were greeted immediately on entering, the place is set up spacious and have nice local products. We had lots of different meat options to choose from, fresh and frozen we chose the ribs and duck breasts, smoked both of them and the turned out perfect! Ribs were very meaty! When you walk in say hi don’t try so hard and say “oh I like your hair”. Who says that. As for the meat the salami and bologna were cut so thick and just far at best. Ground beef $7.99/pd teeter just as good if not better for less....
