I would not recommend booking with Shana. My child was triple booked and ended up stuck at the salon for seven hours while the stylist chose to take the other two women first. In all of that time, my child was not offered food, water, or even the basic courtesy of being prioritized for her scheduled appointment.

This is not the first time this has happened, which makes it even more unacceptable. A professional stylist should respect her clients’ time, especially when dealing with children. The lack of consideration, organization, and care is extremely disappointing.
