Worst location that Bucharest has ever opened. Don’t bother coming here. I came here for the first time today after looking forward to this location opening and it was all around TERRIBLE. My chicken shawarma was cold and the chicken was so hard it hurt my tooth when I bit into it. I’m not even kidding. It was awful and was the worst shawarma I’ve ever had. I threw half of it away because of it being so cold. Waste of $10 for a single sandwich.

On top of that, they’ve raised their prices significantly compared to what it used to be (8.50 for a shawarma now??) AND charged me 95 cents for a TINY CUP OF GARLIC. REALLY??? LMAO. Not sure what idiot came up with the price for that but it’s absolutely absurd.

This company has gotten to be so greedy while at the same time making their once good food taste terrible. It tastes nothing like it used to like at the downtown location and this location is garbage. Never forget too that the young girls working there always have an attitude and lack any enthusiasm. A simple “hi” would do just fine. Never coming back and this location was a waste of time to open here. Other locations are busy and this one had 2 people eating inside at lunchtime. This was the 3rd and final time I’ll order from this restaurant. The first 2 times they forgot something from our order and we had to go back to get the missing items. Chalked it up to bad luck. The 3rd time, 2 full meals were missing. Again, went back to get the missing dinners. Walked in and counted at least 9 people working. When I explained to the woman at the counter that we didn’t get 4 items on our receipt she walked away and someone (a manager?) walked up and said “oh yeah, we made these but couldn’t find the ticket?” He walked away, grabbed the items and gave them to me. No apology, no “we’ll make it right” no effort at all. It was as if it was my fault for picking up the order too early…. Mind you, I received a text on my first drive over that my order was ready for pick up. 3 times, never again. Good food but no one cares. 9 people working and 1 person eating in the restaurant. No excuses. $100 order, 2 trips, no customer service. Pro tip: a $10 gift card or a free sandwich would encourage someone come back at least 1 more time. My family and I ordered here for the first time on Friday, 8/22, and the food was amazing. The girl at the front desk however was not so pleasant and very arrogant. My order was called in by my son who asked for the Shawarma Box with half lamb and chicken and string fries. When I got there to pick up my order I was asked was the order on the screen correct. I stated that we had 3 boxes which there were only 2 in the bag. The girl with the glasses said, right the screen says 3 and rolled her eyes. I replied, there’e only 2. Apparently, she’s not the brightest. I paid and went to the car. We checked the order and There were indeed 2 boxes. The half lamb and chicken shawarma was not in a box but wrapped individually, MANY, IT WASN’T A BOX ORDER!!!
