7-Eleven — Local services in Southlake

Very rude people working there. They tried to charge me for cheese and it clearly says free cheese on toppings. I don’t know why they do this to customers that come there every day. And after I told him I do not want to pay the $.50, he took all my items and said I have to leave the store. I have been coming to the store for a long time. And this is how they treat me over $.50. This is very embarrassing and I can only honestly say that there are other gas stations they never treat their customers like this. For example QT gas stations are very nice and always are very helpful with customers. Why would you want to come to a 7-Eleven when you can go to a cutie. I learn my lesson, I know where I’m going to take my business and my money from now on. Great job 7-Eleven. I might be your best customer. Literally because I go to the store and spend money on drinks food and gas every day at least twice....

I was pretty surprised to see this location had 2.9 Stars and more one star reviews than any other before I started this one.

Both bathrooms were out of order. I asked him, "What's going on with the bathroom?"

He said, "It's out of order, do you want to buy a pizza?"

I said, "how many bathrooms do you have?" Cashier: we have two bathrooms somebody make a mess it's out of order if you want to clean go ahead. Do you want to buy a pizza? I just didn't realize that it was the customer's job to take care of that for the business... I ended up telling him no thank you, I will spend my money where I can use the bathroom. As a UPS driver, I spend probably thousands of dollars a year...

I was shocked to see the overall reviews for this location. Personally I think this is one of the best locations in the DFW Metroplex, the staff were nice and courteous, plus they went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our short time in the store. This location is clean, had great lighting, it was put together like a small grocery store. I truly recommend that if you're ever in the Southlake area and you need to make a quick stop for snacks or any of the 7-11 treats, this is the place. Thank you to the staff. My wife and I...
