Subway — Restaurant in Southlake

It's helpful to make sure your employees and management know how to wring you up and read your coupons. This slop really isn't worth the drive when paying full price.

They refused to take my coupon at first because they said it was already scanned, even though I had just ripped it off the paper in my car before going in. Then made up another excuse that it didn't apply to roast beef. The fine print says no garlic roast beef, I got regular roast beef, two distinct items on their menu and website . Which also makes me think that they rang me up wrong and overcharged me too. Didn't give me a receipt either.

Without the coupon the combo total almost doubled. Obviously they were just looking for a reason to charge more. I'm so tired of these places using coupons to lure customers in and then refuse and charge full price when it comes time to pay. That's called a scam. This is the first time in years I've been to subway and it's still...

Went to this location for a late lunch. One person working and not busy. Got the impression they were annoyed a customer came in. Attitude was short and not welcoming. Made my sandwich without washing hands with no gloves. I could not believe it, but I did not say anything since I was pissed and other customers were in the store eating. Otherwise, I would have declined to accept it. I paid for it and walked out the door and tossed it in the trash. I'll never be back and hands down the worst restaurant experience I've ever had!...

Tried to buy lunch here for a group of people and needed 10 sandwiches, waited patiently in line. Had one employee tell me that they needed to finish with the people in front of me which I completely understood. What I don’t understand is the next employee rudely telling me that it was lunch time and I was going to have to be kicked to the back of the line that had built up while I waited patiently before the could complete my order.
