After years of living in a very desirable area in Grapevine, TX, we decided to put our home up for sale in a neighborhood where few homes are listed. We thought it would be a slam dunk because of the neighborhood, our home’s lot and location, the time of year we were selling, and because our home had been completely remodeled inside and out only a few years earlier. Not so. After several showings and almost zero feedback from our realtor, we were getting concerned. We decided to take our home off the market and reevaluate our plans to move. We were very discouraged because we followed all our realtor’s suggestions for prepping and staging to a T.

Two days later, the first offer fell through and our offer was accepted! We would never have made that offer without Kim’s guidance.
